Terms and Condition
1) All pricing listed on our website are nett price with no hidden cost and for normal postage in Singapore only. Prices are non-negotiable.
2) Our garment will be properly checked before we send out the orders. So there’ll be no issue on defected goods.
3) Exchanges can only be made within 7 days from the date of purchase if the colour or size of the product we delivered is not what you order. The product returned to us has to be with the tags, unworn and in perfect condition.
4) We do reserve the right to alter this website and its services at any time without notice.
5) Whilst we will make every effort not to be out of stock of any product advertised on our website, we may on the odd occasion experience this problem. If we have run out of stock on a particular item that you may have ordered we will notify you of this and you will have the option to either cancel the order, change the order or you may be happy to wait.
6) Payment will not be refunded once the order has been processed.
7) No cancellation will be entertained once order is confirmed.
8) Payment to be made within 24hrs after receiving the payment details.
9) Colour of the product may varies a little due to individual monitor screen.
10) We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
11) We do not do reservations of items. First come, first serve.
